What I bring

I'm not a generalist consultant discovering your sector on brief day. I live in action sports. I founded a startup there, crashed a product, built a complete ecosystem.

What I bring is this field experience combined with real strategic and operational support capability. From surf to skateboard, BMX to snowboard, FISE to the Freeride World Tour: I know the dynamics of this industry because I work in it every day.

Areas of intervention

Action sports events: digital strategy, fan engagement, ticketing, online activation, replay and content.
Sport and outdoor brands: e-commerce architecture, content strategy, community, digital distribution.
Sport tech startups: product framing, go-to-market, technical roadmap, positioning.
Federations and organizations: digital transformation, platforms, data and analytics.

When I step in

You have a vision but no digital architecture to execute it.
You have a product but it doesn't circulate, nobody activates it.
Your organization is growing but without a clear system underneath.
Execution moves faster than strategy, you're losing direction.

Turn vision into actionable structure: journey, priorities, roadmap.

03

Deploy with rigor. Iterate fast. Maintain quality.

04
Measurement & evolution

Read the signals, adjust, structure the scale-up.

What makes the difference

Most digital consultants know marketing or tech. Few understand the specifics of action sports: rider culture, the field constraints of outdoor events, seasonal cycles, the unique relationship between athletes, brands and community.

I built a community app for riders, developed a real-time fan judging tool tested at international competitions, and launched a media covering sport tech innovation. This is not theory. It's lived experience.
