About

I come from the inside. Rider, passionate, then entrepreneur in action sports. Not a consultant who read a market report. Someone who built within it, who knows the industry constraints, and who understands what it takes to go from an idea to a product that works.

The action sports industry is going through a major digital transformation. Events like FISE and the Freeride World Tour are investing in fan engagement. Brands are rethinking distribution. Sport tech startups are emerging everywhere. But most move forward without a clear architecture. That's where I step in.

The journey

2021
The Tricks Network

Co-founder & CEO. Social app for surf, skate and BMX riders. Community platform, trick sharing, rider identity. Built from scratch over three years: product, tech, go-to-market, community.

2024
Crash & learning

The project stops. What I kept: patience, rigor, the weight of execution, and the conviction that a product alone is not enough. You need a system, an architecture, a distribution strategy.

2024
ActionSporTech

Creation of the innovation hub for action sports. Tech watch, strategic resources, connections between brands, events and startups. Partnered with Eurosima for the Ascent incubation program.

2025
Exaphase

The ecosystem takes shape: tech studio (Unslash), sport tech media (InPulse), real-time fan judging (VRSVS), hybrid human + AI team. A group built to serve the action sports industry end to end.

Now
Consulting

I support action sports brands, events, startups and organizations in their digital strategy. Audit, product architecture, long-term support. From inside the industry.

What guides my work

Clarity before complexity
Execution before talk
System before dispersal

These principles come from field experience. Three years building a tech product in action sports taught me that complexity is the enemy. That strategy without execution is worthless. And that a well-designed system always beats a collection of isolated actions.
